Refund policy
RETURN
At LexiMazz Designs, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We will accept returns under certain conditions:
- Contact us at Alexis@leximazzdesigns.com
- Email your order Number, as well as the reasoning for your return
- Please note, we only accept returns from LexiMazzDesigns.com
- Please print email stating that we have approved of your return (will not accept return without this slip)
- Returned item must be in resalable- condition and returned to us within 10 business days from the date of delivery (if returned item is not in resalable- condition we will not accept it)
- Please keep in mind we will refund you for the merchandise your returning but we cannot refund for any shipping fees
EXCHANGE
You didn't find a piece you totally love? No worries we have plenty to choose from. Please follow these instructions to process your exchange:

- Email your order Number, as well as the reasoning for your exchange
- Please note, we only accept exchanges from LexiMazzDesigns.com
- Please print email stating that we have approved of your exchange (will not accept exchange without this slip)
- Exchanged item must be in resalable- condition and returned to us within 10 business days from the date of delivery (if Exchanged item is not in resalable- condition we will not accept it)
- Once we've received your exchange we will reimburse you with a LexiMazz Designs Gift
